- An invoice will be
submitted with the completed audio transcription. Payment can be made
by cheque or directly into our bank account using Internet banking.
Details will be supplied on submission of our invoice.

- We undertake to keep any
and all information supplied by the Client strictly confidential and
not to disclose it to any person, firm, or individual without the
express written consent of the Client.
- Documents produced for
clients will be deleted from our computers once payment has been
received.
